Refund policy

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

  • Our team will respond within 12–24 hours and guide you through the exchange/refund process. You can contact us easily via Instagram or email.

 

  • In case of a faulty product, a refund or exchange will be initiated within 48 hours of us being informed. The customer will need to ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the order.

 

  • Please note that size exchanges are not available at the moment.

 

  • Products purchased during a sale, as well as customised pieces, are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Note: By “faulty product,” we mean items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (wrong item, size, or color). Please keep in mind that slight variations in hand embroidery, fabric, or color are natural to handmade processes and are not considered faults.
